CONTEST RULES "ZEBRA THURSDAYS WITH RRC"
§1 PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
  1. These Rules provide for terms and conditions for conducting and participating in a two-stage Contest titled “Collect Points, Win Prizes”.
  2. The Contest is organized by RRC Poland Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Farbiarska 69, 02 – 862 Warszawa, registered with the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Business Division of the National Court Register, under number KRS0000028820, with the following identification numbers: taxpayer identification number (NIP): 521-29-31-906, statistical identification number (REGON): 013196912.
  3. The Contest will be conducted in Poland in the period from 1 May 2015 to 31 May 2015.
  4. The purpose of the Contest is to promote the best traders who buy and distribute products included in the commercial offer of the Organizer.
  5. Terms used in these Rules mean:
    Organizer – RRC Poland Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw;
    Contest – the “ZEBRA THURSDAYS WITH RRC” contest;
    Website – the Organizer’s website at www.rrc24.com;
    Participant – a person who meets the requirements provided under Article 2 of the Rules;
    Supplier – “RRC Poland” sp. z o.o., a company organized under the laws of Poland, with its registered office in Warsaw, RRC CZ s.r.o., a company organized under the laws of the Czech Republic, with its registered office in Hradec Kralove; RRC Hungary Kft., a company organized under the laws of Hungary, with its registered office in Budapest; RRC d.o.o., a company organized under the laws of Serbia, with its registered office in Beograd; RRC BT Poslovne telekomunikacije d.o.o, a company organized under the laws of Slovenia, with its registered office in Ljubljana; RRC TECH DISTRIBUTION SRL, a company organized under the laws of Romania, with its registered office in Bucharest; RRC BT, POSLOVNE TELEKOMUNIKACIJE D.O.O., a company organized under the laws of Croatia, with its registered office in Zagreb;
    Business Partner – a legal person, natural person or a business unit without legal personality, authorized to buy products and/or services from the Supplier under a trade agreement concluded with the same;
    Winners of the Contest – Participants referred to under Article 4 of the Rules;
    Prize – non-cash prizes which a Participant may receive after has been awarded the title of a Winner of the Contest;
  6. The Contest Rules are available at www.RRC24.com.
§2 UCZESTNICY KONKURSU.
  1. The Contest may be participated by natural persons of full age and capacity, who satisfy the following conditions:
    • are employed with the Business Partner under contracts of employment or civil law contracts, or as sole traders and act as Business Partners in relations with the Organizer, and
    • are active Website Users, and
    • buy products from RRC Poland Sp. z o.o. in their own name or for a Business Partner during the term of the Contest through the Website.
  2. The Contest may not be participated by:
    1. employees of the Organizer and the Supplier,
    2. other persons who prepare and conduct the Contest,
    3. spouses, descendants, parents and siblings of those referred to under Clauses a and b.
  3. The Participant of the Contest is obliged to read these Contest Rules.
  4. The participation in the Contest is voluntary. The Participant may resign from participation in the Contest any time. Points collected but not used will be cancelled and are not exchangeable for non-cash or cash benefits.
  5. Participants to have entered the Contest after the same has been closed will not have the right to compete for Prizes.
§3 CONTEST PROCEDURE.
  1. The condition for participation in the Contest is registration of an account at www.RRC24.com and acceptance of the Contest Rules.
  2. Within the framework of the Contest Participants compete to each other by purchasing the highest amount of promoted products in Thursdays in May 2015. Each Thursday is counted separately, undependable to results of the contest in other Thursdays.
  3. Within the framework of a Contest task Participants buys specified, promoted products of the Supplier: Zebra technologies, product types: printers, software, accessories, spare parts and supplies for printers. Within a Contest only invoices issued based on orders placed thru Portal RRC24 are counted. Invoice date has to be within chosen Thursday of May 2015, but the order date does not matter.
  4. The Organizer counts total amount of invoices of promoted products in each Thursday of May 2015 and compare those results between Participants to find the Winners of the contest.
  5. On each Friday of May 2015, The Organizer, publish to all Participants the list of Winners and send prizes.
§4 REWARDING IN THE CONTEST.
  1. Prizes in the Contest are won only by the Winners.
  2. Within the Contest here will be selected 5 (five) Winners for each Thursday of May 2015. One Participant may become a Winner for unlimited number of Thursdays, if his results of purchasing of promoted products are relevant.
  3. Prizes on the Contest, depend on results:
    I place = iPHONE 6
    II place = Samsung Galaxy Alpha
    III place = Game Wiedzmin 3
    IV place = Game Wiedzmin 3
    V place = Game Wiedzmin 3
§5 HANDING OVER OF PRIZES.
  1. Prizes will be shipped each Friday of May 2015, after creating the list of Winners for each Thursday.
  2. The Organizer will not be liable for the timeliness and quality of services of the postal and telecommunication service providers, including access to the Internet.
  3. The Participant is obliged to check whether a Prize is not defective when collecting the same.
  4. The Organizer is not liable for warranty, unless the prevailing laws provide otherwise.
  5. Where a Prize is handed over to the Participant, the Organizer undertakes to grant an additional cash Prize of 11.11% of the value of such Prize. The entire additional cash Prize will be deducted by the Organizer towards a 10% lump-sum income tax referred to under Article 30.1.2 of the Act on Corporate Income Tax of 26 July 1991.
§6 FINAL PROVISIONS.
  1. The correct procedure of the Contest will be supervised by a commission established by the Organizer of the Contest, hereinafter referred to as the Commission.
  2. Any complaints about the procedure of the Contest may be submitted in writing, or otherwise invalid, with a registered letter to: RRC Poland Sp. z o.o., ul. Farbiarska 69, 02-862 Warszawa, at the latest within 14 business days of the end of the Contest (date as postmarked). Any complaints submitted after that date will not be considered.
  3. Complaints will be considered by the Commission that supervises the correct procedure of the Contest within 14 business days of its receipt, and the Commission will promptly notify the complaining Participant of its decision with a registered letter. The decision of the Commission may not be appealed against.
  4. Participants of the Contest give consent to use and process their personal data by the Organizer, as obtained in connection with the organization of the Contest for marketing purposes. Personal data will be used and processed in accordance with the Act on Personal Data Protection of 29 October 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133 item 883). Participants have the right to view data and correct the same. The Participant’s consent to use and process personal data by the Organizer is voluntary and has no effect on the award of a Prize to such Participant.
  5. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Rules or close the Contest any time and without notice.
  6. Any matters not regulated by these Rules are governed by the Civil Code.
  7. These Rules will be made available to Participants of the Contest in the registered office of the organizer and electronically on request as well as at www.RRC24.com.
  8. These Rules become effective as of 1 May 2015.
